Configure Plex for jamflix

step 1 open plex app 

Step 2 Press settings at the bottom of the left hand menu 

step 3 find Video Quality and select the Remote Streaming button 

step 4 select Maximum and then press back button until you hit main plex screen then you are ready to stream from jamflix
